What a privilege it was to see our daughter, Stephanie, marry her best friend, Marc Oxborrow on August 27th, 2010. It was a beautiful day at the Mt. Timpanogos Temple...at least until after most of the family group photos were taken. Then the skies opened up and it just poured. Thank heaven for those flower containers.
The couple looked radiant and in spite of the rain, there were a lot of smiles.
It was so great to have so many friends and family there from New Jersey, Idaho, Illinois, Utah, and other places as well.
As I was starting this post I was wishing that in addition to the photos of the wedding day, we had more photos of all the hard work and fun we had before the wedding. We were crazy enough to believe that we could actually pull off a wedding reception 2000 miles from home, and it actually turned out great. YAY!!! We were so blessed to have a condo to stay in out in Utah which allowed us to do a lot of food prep and spread out a little bit. Thank you so much, Bro. and Sis. Robertson!!! We also had a lot of help from family and friends before and after the wedding.
It really made the whole experience just very fun and enjoyable. Thanks everyone for contributing to such an amazing, memorable day.
