Well, the old man turned 55 this year. We were supposed to go celebrate with a trip to the DC Temple, but with my bad ankle and the weather turning questionable, we ended up spending some time at home with the fam. Low key and great!!

ReplyDeleteI love that these pictures show you receiving useful gifts :) Nothing like putting the old man to work for his birthday doing some hammering and some vacuuming! I love the useful gifts :) Something I inherited from you, that Marc finds incredibly annoying... He loves getting completely non-useful gifts that he'd never buy himself on his birthday, like bowling passes, and always rolls his eyes at my suggestions of a tie or a new battery for the camera. Thanks for teaching me to be practical dad :) Sure love you!
